Exhibitor Registration Form

Please fill out the following information in order to register as an exhibitor, there are three pages of information to complete. Once the registration has been completed successfully you will see a page to print that will include a confirmation number and your payment amount due. If you are unable to print the confirmation page, please record your confirmation number and payment amount.

At the end of the registration process you will be able to choose your method of payment either mail a check or pay with a credit card via paypal.  If you choose credit card (through paypal) you will need to have your credit card information ready.

You will be charged the cost of you first choice location selection. If you do not receive your first choice and your second or third choice is priced differently you will either be refunded or expected to pay the difference. **

Booth Selection Information

Booth Cost: $575.00 ea. (2 or more $525 ea.) **Booths Cannot be Split**
Table Cost: $500.00 ea. (2 or more $450 ea.)
Half Table Cost: $375 ea. **Half Tables are only available for those associated with a Broker**

Electricity by request: $75.00 per booth, table or half table; $150 for 4X Booth Locations, $225 for 6X Booth Locations

Extra tables by request: $15.00 per table (for Booth locations only, up to 2 extra tables per Booth)

Please provide your first second and third choice location selections. If you are requesting more than one location you must separate the numbers by commas. (i.e. 101, 102, 103). You can view the current Floorplan and Exhibitor Listing by selecting the links listed below. Please view the Exhibitor Listing to make sure that you are selecting locations that are still available.
